Every metric met, covered day and dollar here is the Oklahoma Health Care Authority’s published Pay-for-Performance workbook (the “PFP Combined Summary”), quarter by quarter. OHCA scores each building on its own CASPER quality-measure reports, which are not public, so this site shows which metrics a building met, not its values. OHCA prints building names only; each is matched to its CMS number by name, and a name that cannot be matched is left off the map. Operators are CMS’s chain names; map points are CMS’s geocodes. No patient data appears here.
